I don't know where to begin or start. I had a problem with my 2025 GMC Acadia l needed to go to Texas for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Buick dealership in Monroe was completely booked up until Thanksgiving eve so I called Jim Taylor in Rayville and spoke with Mr. Carter. Very transparent, professional and fast. I was in/out in less than 1hour with keys to my new Chevrolet.
I had my oil changed and other routine maintenance done. The staff was very pleasant and kept me updated on items that needed to be serviced. While I was waiting, a few staff members came by and asked if I would like water or coffee. You just don't find service with a smile like this much anymore. It brightened my day and made me feel important. Thank you Ashley for taking care of getting my truck serviced. Thank you to all that helped in keeping my truck running smooth. Great experience!
